How to order rugby awards

Plan the award categories

List the awards you need before ordering, such as player of the year, most improved player, top try scorer, coaches' award and team recognition. This makes it easier to choose consistent designs and quantities.

Engraving and club logos

Personalisation options vary by product. Enter each name, team and season carefully. Where a printed club logo or custom centre is offered, upload clear JPEG or PDF artwork that is ready to use.

Quantities and presentation dates

For squad or club orders, prepare the final quantities and wording together. Add the required date to the order notes and call 01384 639999 if the presentation has a fixed deadline. For a complete club requirement, use the club awards quotation form.

Rugby Trophy FAQs

Can every trophy have different engraving?

Personalisation options depend on the product. Supply the required wording for each award and check names and dates before ordering.

Can I add our rugby club logo?

Selected awards accept a printed logo or custom centre. Check the product options and upload clear artwork where requested.

Do you supply junior rugby awards?

The range includes suitable options for junior teams, school rugby, club presentations and participation recognition.

When should we order for an awards night?

Allow time for personalisation and carrier delivery, and contact the office about a fixed date rather than relying on order notes alone.
