All heights shown on our products are approximate and are not exact, even though every care has been taken to offer YOU the best possible description.

• Out of Stock Items

If in the likely event of an item being out of stock at the wholesalers, then we would upgrade your item to a bigger size or replace it with an equivalent priced item. You would be contacted first and given different options that you can choose from.

• Returned Orders
  

You may return any item, for a full refund, within 15 days from the date it was received providing it is in its original condition However no refund will be offered to any item that has had engraving directly on it unless the error has been made by 1st Place 4 Trophies. We also need to be notified of any intentions of doing so within 24 hours of receiving your order. Only faulty items will be replaced or refunded. Non faulty items will be exchanged or a credit note will be issued.

• Tracking your Item

All despatched orders will have a tracking number.

At 1st Place 4 Trophies we believe that you (the buyer) shall have the confidence that any personal details shall remain private between you and us (the seller). We will not disclose any information to 3rd parties without your prior knowledge.
