Currently we are not VAT registered and so all prices shown is the final price you pay.
How much is engraving?
Engraving will vary depending on the item but the cost will be displayed when the yes box has been checked. All engraving costsare per item but the majority of our products include free engraving.

Where can I add my engraving details?
Each item has a text box where you can add any engraving details. If you have many items that need engraving then please specify which item has which text. This could be done in 3 ways.
- In the text box on website.
- By email: email@example.com
Please double check spellings as all items will be engraved as you put down. Don't forget to add your name and phone number to all emails and faxes.
How do I get your promotional codes?
Sign Up to our mailing list where we send out monthly newsletters where applicable, promotional codes.
How do you offer such great prices?
We work from home and so do not have shop overheads to pay or have to pass on to anyone. We are run by sports coaches and have YOU the sports coach in mind. We know how amateur clubs operate and what's involved as we do it ourselves.
I'm regularly purchasing hundreds of trophies, what else can you offer me?

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes we do. When ordering from abroad it is best to email your order through so that postage can be calculated. You will still be entitled to the same discounts on your trophies.
How long will my order take?
We aim to have your order ready for despatch as quickly as possible. We aim to have YOUR order in YOUR hands within 7 days but to be honest we usually deliver a lot quicker than this. If you need your item by a specific date then please call or add this in the notes section when checking out and we will do everything we can to help.
What if the goods arrive damaged?
As long as you inform us by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving the goods then we are happy to replace your order. You will need to return the damaged item to
